National - Warnings - 4 Day - State - Min-Max-Rain - Regional Round-Up
National
So, it looks like we've got a high chillin' in the Tasman Sea, keeping things ridge-y over most of the state. This high is gonna be making its way east over the next couple of days, while a new trough saunters into the southwest on Wednesday and then struts its stuff across southern and central Queensland on Thursday. By Friday, that trough will be giving the southeast coast some attitude before heading inland to weaken. Meanwhile, a high will be hanging out in the Southern Ocean or Great Australian Bight from Thursday, keeping that ridge vibe strong. This high might just decide to take a little vacay to the Tasman Sea next Tuesday. But hold onto your hats, because a trough might just decide to crash the party in the far west over the weekend, sticking around for a few days and drawing deep moisture well inland. This trough could be making its grand entrance eastward next week, bringing with it a cloud and rain band to shake things up across parts of the state.

National 4 Day Forecast
Windy.com NEW ACCESS 4 Day Accumulated Rain and Synoptic
Wednesday, 11th September
Well, it seems like Mother Nature has decided to turn up the heat in the Channel Country, giving us a high fire danger rating. So, it might be a good idea to refrain from playing with matches or starting any campfires. Stay safe out there, folks!
Thursday, 12th September
Looks like there's a bit of rain here and there in central and southern areas below Emerald and east of Cunnamulla, with some thunderstorms hanging out south of Roma and east of Cunnamulla. Don't forget about those isolated showers on the east coast above Mackay and up on Cape York Peninsula. Everywhere else, it's mostly sunny. Watch out for morning fog in the east below Cardwell. Temperatures will be above average inland between Richmond and Roma, and near average everywhere else. Mother Nature sure does have a sense of humor with this forecast!
Friday, 13th September
Prepare yourselves, dear citizens of Queensland, for the possibility of isolated to scattered showers throughout the eastern districts and over northern Cape York Peninsula. Do not fear, for there may be some isolated showers in the central and southern interior to the east of Longreach as well. However, have no concerns as most areas will remain mostly sunny. Be aware of potential morning fog in eastern districts between Townsville and Rockhampton. Maximum temperatures will be below average in the southeast, but fear not, for they will be near average elsewhere. Embrace the unpredictable nature of our weather with open arms and a sense of humor.
Saturday, 14th September
Looks like Mother Nature decided to sprinkle a few showers in the east and over Cape York Peninsula, just to keep things interesting. The North Tropical Coast might see a bit more action with scattered to widespread showers. Meanwhile, the central and southern interior will just get a taste of those isolated showers. Everywhere else can enjoy mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be below average in the southeast, but near average in other parts. So, if you're in the southeast, you might want to grab a sweater. Or not, I'm not your mother.
