High southwest of Australia moves eastward over the weekend, reaches Tasman Sea by Sunday, maintains ridge over east coast. Weak trough in southern Queensland early next week may strengthen mid week due to upper trough from west, increasing rainfall eastern districts mid to late next week.

Central Coast and Whitsundays:

Capricornia:

The weather will be mostly sunny with light winds becoming southeasterly, with temperatures ranging from 14 to 30 degrees and a chance of rainfall.

Central Highlands and Coalfields:

The weather will be mostly sunny with light winds becoming easterly 15 to 25 km/h in the morning, then becoming light in the late evening, with overnight temperatures between 12 and 17 and daytime temperatures reaching 27 to 32.

Central West:

Max temperature: low 30s, Min temperature: 13-16, Wind: Light to east/northeasterly 15-25 km/h, Rainfall: None, Conditions: Sunny.

North West:

Tomorrow will have a hot day with temperatures reaching the low 30s, with light winds in the morning becoming east to southeasterly at 15 to 20 km/h before turning light in the middle of the day, and overnight temperatures falling to between 12 and 17, with a chance of sunny weather.

Channel Country:

The weather will be sunny with maximum temperature around 30°C, minimum temperature around 14°C, southeasterly winds at 15-25 km/h becoming light, and overnight temperatures falling to around 14°C.

Maranoa and Warrego:

Mostly sunny with light winds, overnight temperatures around 12, daytime temperatures reaching high 20s, max temperature, min temperature, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall.

Darling Downs and Granite Belt:

Partly cloudy with fog in the far east in the early morning, light winds, overnight temperatures 12-15°C, daytime temperatures in the mid to high 20s, wind speed and direction variable, no rainfall expected.
