High over Tasman Sea brings ridge, settled conditions to Queensland. Weak trough to move east across southern Queensland with warmer weather. New high to move east across southeastern Australia, redeveloping ridge in Queensland after trough.

A Tasman Sea high will bring settled conditions to Queensland and a weak trough will bring warmer weather. Then, a new high will bring the ridge back to Queensland after the trough passes.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy with isolated showers in the east. Mostly sunny elsewhere. Morning fog in the east. Above-average maximum temperatures, especially in the south. Slightly above-average minimum temperatures. High fire danger in the Darling Downs and Granite Belt.
