National
The main features of weather today is the trough over the coastal regions of WA. Ridge over the dividing ranges of QLD marked by the blue curved arrow. The onshore breeze marked by the blue arrow, a low and trough marked in purple over NSW. Storms for NSW coastal and inland regions today.

State
More cloud cover across the state keeping the temps down. More onshore sea breezes also keeping temps down but humidity slightly raised for coastal regions.

The inland trough is well South West and not impacting hugely on QLD, but some showers and possible storms closer to the NT border. The ridge has moved over the dividing ranges allowing rainfall across the coast. A convergence is shifting up the coast where warmish air meets cooler drier air from the High. It should make its way up to Bundy later today but weaken as the air it mixes with warms. Continuing rainfall across the top end of Australia with the monsoon pulse gearing up again.

4-day
The main feature for the next 4 days is the trough moving across the state and as it gets closer more storm activity for the SE of QLD and NE NSW. The rain at the top end easing back as the monsoon pulse arrives from the West.
