National
Wow, the weather across the country is incredibly unstable right now! Low pressure systems and troughs are completely dominating the features and causing chaos. The main trough running across the top of South Australia into Queensland is particularly intense and demanding attention.

State
The temperatures are still up there! In the west of the state, the top is reaching 40 degrees! While there's high-level cloud cover over most of the southern regions of the state, don't expect much relief from the heat as there's little storm activity for today. However, keep an eye out as there are some storms brewing around the northeast of NSW that might just creep over the border. As the day progresses, showers are expected to build over the dividing ranges as the trough deepens in QLD.

4-day
Over the course of the next four days, there will be some major weather activity happening across the state. A low-pressure trough is set to make its way across, and this will lead to some serious storm action in the southeastern parts of the state. In addition, the trough will also produce storms in other areas as well, extending well beyond the southeast.
Even the Far North tropical coast is expected to experience some storm activity, although the possibility of this happening is relatively lower than other areas. As the low-pressure trough moves across the state, it's likely to cause significant weather changes, and it's important to keep a close eye on the weather forecast in the coming days to stay informed and prepared.
