Looking over the next two weeks with the Monsoon Trough arriving in the North, we can see a low struggling to gather steam in the gulf. However by the last week of Feb we should see something kick up some rain for the North. This is likely to be the next decent rainfall for North Queensland and the NT. The following is from Tropical Tidbits which is a great website for viewing the models quickly back and forth. This is a GFS model that has had quite a number of repeats.
